Terms of Use

Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.trinitytech.com.np (the "Site"), operated by Trinity Technology Private Limited ("Trinity Technology", "we", "us").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site
The Site provides information about Trinity Technology, our services, community events (such as bootcamps, CTFs, webinars, and meetups), careers, gallery, and blog content, and ways to contact us.
Content on the Site is for general information only. It does not constitute professional security, compliance, legal, or investment advice, and does not create a client engagement unless we enter into a separate written agreement with you.
Acceptable use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm Trinity Technology, other users, or the Site’s operation.
You must not attempt unauthorized access to the Site or related systems, probe or disrupt availability, scrape the Site in a way that overloads our infrastructure, submit malware or abusive content, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us or enrolling in events.
Events and enrollment
Event pages describe community programs we organize or participate in. Dates, fees, seats, venues, curriculum, and prizes may change; the event page and any enrollment confirmation are the primary sources for a given cohort.
Enrollment may require a separate form and payment instructions. Completing a form or paying a fee does not guarantee a seat until we confirm enrollment. We may refuse, cancel, or reschedule an event for operational, safety, or enrollment reasons. Where a fee was paid and an event is cancelled by us without a suitable alternative, we will provide a refund or credit as communicated for that event.
Participants must follow any code of conduct or lab rules published for an event. Offensive security training and CTF activities must stay within authorized scope — never target systems you are not permitted to test.
Enquiry and contact forms
Submitting an enquiry through /connect or other contact channels does not obligate us to provide services. We typically respond within the timeframe stated on the Site, but response times are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.
Third-party services and links
The Site may link to or embed third-party services — including enrollment forms, scheduling tools, maps, social networks, and payment or messaging apps. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
Outbound links do not imply endorsement.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Trinity Technology owns or licenses the Site’s content, branding, logos, and materials. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission, except for ordinary browsing and fair personal reference with attribution where appropriate.
Event gallery photos and other media remain subject to any notice published with them; do not scrape or reuse media at scale without permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trinity Technology and its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or reliance on its content.
Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site shall not exceed NPR 5,000, except where liability cannot be limited under Nepal law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trinity Technology from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights in connection with the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Courts in Kathmandu, Nepal have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date on this page shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
